Shipping & Returns
Most in-stock items usually ship within 3 business days. Keep in mind, please, that most ribbons are printed once they're ordered. This does not apply to custom orders such as personalized bows, custom ribbons, and special requests. Such orders may take up to 2 weeks to design and send out.
Please note that during busy times of the year such as during the winter holiday season and over the summer it may take a bit longer to receive an order. It all depends on how busy I am right at the time and how many orders may be in line before yours. If you need an item by a particular date please double check and send us an email or call (618) 292-2021 to let us know and get confirmation that the items will be available by that date.
A separate charge for rush orders will apply.
We accept credit card payments through Paypal and also via phone or invoice through ProPay. You do NOT need to have an account with either one to use their service and there are never any additional fees to you.
You can also send a check or Money Order. Just complete the checkout process and you will have the option to select this service before completing the order.
Orders placed this way will not be sent out until payments have cleared; this may take an additional 5 days after payment is received by us. So please take this into consideration if you need an item by a specific date.
Designs With Heart usually ships via US Postal Service (USPS) and occasionally United Parcel Service (UPS) to US and Canadian addresses only. If you require expedited shipping you must make prior arrangements and an adjusted invoice reflecting the higher shipping charges will be sent.
We are able to ship to PO Boxes and APOs using Standard Shipping by USPS. Expedited shipping options to these addresses are not available at this time.

Order Tracking
Designs With Heart ships your packages from IL 62262. Most orders are sent out via US Postal Service and limited tracking and delivery info is available. You may however track the process of your order at Designs With Heart online; first log into your account or go to your account page. You will find all your previous orders on your account page. Select the order you would like to track by clicking "View Details" or the order number to find any and all available updates on your order status.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Designs With Heart moves fast to bring your items to you as quickly as possible!
If you need to change or cancel your order it is very important that you email us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to meet your need, there is no guarantee that an order that has already entered our system can be changed or modified. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you have changed your mind about an order that cannot be canceled, you will need to process your order as a return. Please read our return policy below.
Return Policy
Designs With Heart wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
However, due to the nature of certain items such as Hair Accessories we can only accept returns if the item is still in NEW condition with the ORIGINAL packaging intact, and has not been worn. You may contact us prior to returning any item within 7 days of purchase for replacement, repair, or refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. To return any merchandise you must first send us an email to obtain a return authorization number.
*Please note that all sales for custom and personalized orders are final. These special orders may not be canceled once Designs With Heart has begun creating your product.
